He is a freelance sound engineer, tour manager and guitarist based in Birmingham, UK. “I’ll never forget the monumental change that was in-ear monitoring to me, on all levels – both behind and on the stage.” Chris is currently busy touring (mixing FOH for various acts). His band Led By Lanterns has released their debut album Paralysis, available everywhere. instagram.com/chrislanterns instagram.com/ledbylanterns ledbylanterns.com All songs in the tutorials are releases from The Flavians, a Swedish-Czech-British band from Berlin. Since 2017, they have been playing clubs, tours, and festivals such as the Glastonbury and the Reeperbahn Festival. Drawing inspiration from the warm, nostalgic sounds of the 60s and the frantic, hedonistic energy of Berlin, the band blends three distinct voices with psychedelic guitar textures, barroom piano, and pounding drums to create surreal yet grounded, melodic, and experimental songs. The Flavians are currently working on their second full-length album. instagram.com/theflavians linktr.ee/theflavians The song versions in the tutorials feature singer Andrea Trujillo (Venezuela) from the befriended band Me & the Monster. They describe their sound as “tribal electronic progressive indie” and just released their new single “Keep it up.” Andrea sings their song “The Shadow” in Tutorial #4. instagram.com/meandthemonsterofficial linktr.ee/meandthemonsterofficial Also in Tutorial #4, you hear a solo piece from The Flavians singer and keyboard player Anna Vaverková. It is called “Ve Snu.” open.spotify.com/track/1KjztQWJiC9ZHdcG07wBwz?si=1a44d35470974757 For more information, visit sennheiser.com Subscribe to our YouTube channel: youtube.com/user/sennheiserofficial Subscribe to our newsletter and don’t miss special offers, discounts and news about the Future of Audio: sennheiser.com/newsletter.
